Graphic Design Showcase Projects - How it works

The graphic design showcase projects are applicable only to website designs, logo designs, marketing brochures, banners, businesss card designs, posters, t-shirt, advertisement graphics, etc. All graphic design projects have fixed fees set by the Buyers.- Select the graphic design showcase project and place a bid for the same fee that the Buyer specifies. This lets the Buyer know that a design can be expected from the Freelancer. Any Freelancer who fails to place a bid will not be considered by the Buyer even if the Freelancer submits a design.
- Submit a design by filling out the design submission form. The Freelancer MUST enter the ProjectID, Freelancer's UserID, and the Buyer's UserID on the submission form. This associates the Freelancer's design to the Buyer's project.
The Buyer then reviews designs from all the Freelancers and awards the project to the Freelancer who has the best design. The Buyer has the option to end the project earlier than the project expiration date even when not all designs have been submitted. The Buyer is the only person to determine the winning design. Only the Freelancer associated with the winning design is allowed to work with the Buyer beyond this point.
By submitting a design to be displayed in the showcase of 99Freelance.com, a Freelancer who is not awarded a design project expressively provides 99Freelance.com a non-exclusive right to use, display, and market the design with credit to the Freelancer. This helps market the Freelancers and their designs while allowing 99Freelance.com to cover the expenses of making this showcase service available to all Freelancers.
By posting a graphic design project and/or by submitting and selecting a design, both the Buyers and the Freelancers agree to have read the Terms and Conditions and acknowlege understanding about the intellectual property right of others. The Freelancers acknowdge that their designs are their own. The Buyers acknowledge that they take full responsibility in verifying ownership of the designs received from the Freelancers. The Buyers understand and acknowledge that 99Freelance.com only facilitates the transaction, and the Buyers therefore waive any right against 99Freelance.com regarding any designs received from the Freelancers.
